As of 2nd June 2009, delivery of parcels will be conducted in 3 different modes: Registered Mail, Local Courier or Self Collection. Each of these modes are issued with a receipt and counter-signed by the recipients during the collection of parcels.

With this delivery model in place, missFashion.com.sg can now offer 100% Refund or Re-delivery of parcels in the event where parcels are lost during our delivery process.

At this stage, none in our industry is able to offer such cost-intensive guarantee and we are able to do this because of our motivation to deliver the best possible shopping experiences to each of our customers. Feel Safer When You Shop With Us. Thank You.

As of 2nd June 2009, EMF Asia Pacific (missFashion.com.sg) will no longer despatch parcels via normal postage mail. This major change to our available delivery modes is to minimize the lost of parcels during delivery. Registered Mail Delivery will be used as the standard delivery mode for all orders.

In addition to the removal of Normal Postage Mail Delivery, customers may also choose to upgrade their delivery mode to Self Collection and delivery fees will be waived.

All changes will take effect as of 2nd June 2009. Thank you.

We have completed Phase 1 of our Mobile SMS Notification System. Customers will now receive automated notification via mobile sms upon delivery of their parcels.

In time to come, customers will also receive notifications via mobile sms for matters such as overdue invoices, refunds, new arrivals, promotions, etc.

We have been busy with lots of offline preparation recently, which includes the renovation of our office and store. Outstanding preparations have been finalised and most matters are already near its completion.
